Bitácora Vol.1 is a conceptual album and narrates a good part of my life here in the Tropic of Cancer (Europe), in this volume of 10 songs are traced 10 instants of my life moving in the Iberian Peninsula and based on Madrid. City in which I lived 3 years.
During the year 2008 to 2012, these adventures are generated that in part inspired many people on the road through Valencia, Málaga, Barcelona, Santiago de Compostela and Madrid itself. People with their good vibes, messing around and why not say it; bad milk, helped me to look for a more adjusted position to what I wanted to do of my life as a musician and creator in the old world.
The story in this volume 1 goes something like this:
El Viaje: It is a positive and naif dream of what my vision was of what would be my perfect Europe, the beginning of a great trip, leaving everything above in stand by.
No es un dia mas: We are still positive and eager to give a boost to the experience, to the full experience. In flames like a masclet in faults.
Crisis: Things start to turn black for everyone, however I see everything with a lot of sarcasm. The contrasts become evident, and in spite of the misfortunes we continue forward.
Stars at ground level: Radiography of one of the fallen in the valley of the lamentations that brought the crisis to Spain
A la deriva: I already see myself immersed in the spiral of despair, in spite of that the music is quite positive and winds of travel sound.
Genesis para un errante trovador: The first days in Madrid, more than outraged by how complicated it is to get a job, I throw myself into the street with a good wind to play so I do not have to go home.
D 'Madrid al cielo: It says the verse and it is the name that best fits my first musical months in Madrid, at the beginning it was not easy, but you already know what perseverance is.
Viajando por España: Instrumental theme where I intend to overturn the feelings you have been traveling by bus, train, or bicycle. Always under this characteristic sun from city to city.
Al metro (Veloz inferno): The hardest winter I've lived in Madrid and the pasta begins to be scarce, And in the metro is the last alternative, but fence, security is now sub-contracted, and there are more problems.
D 'Barcelona a Zürich: I start to set aside Madrid, and I see Barcelona as a new base after 2 years, I intend to move to the country of chocolate and change the taste in my mouth.
